IBG Group Joins the OERN Pact to Promote the Engineering Profession

IBG Group has formally joined the OERN Pact, an initiative promoted by the Northern Region of the Portuguese Engineers Association (Ordem dos Engenheiros – Região Norte), aimed at strengthening the recognition of Engineering and its professionals.

The signing took place on 15 September, during a ceremony that welcomed seven new companies and brought the total number of organisations participating in the OERN Pact to 54. IBG Group was represented by David do Nascimento Duarte.[] [/]

The initiative promotes a set of commitments focused on recognising and supporting Engineering professionals, particularly in areas such as career progression, qualifications, alignment between skills and roles, working conditions and professional recognition.

By joining the OERN Pact, IBG Group reinforces its commitment to people and talent development, contributing to a more highly qualified Engineering sector, prepared for the challenges of the future and capable of generating positive impact.
